1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the cs555 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with cs555's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms apply to all use of the cs555 website, mobile browser experience, and any associated services.

cs555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the cs555 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2Eligibility

Access to cs555 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • You are at least 21 years of age. cs555 is strictly an adult platform and takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. cs555 may request documentary proof of age at any time and will suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
  • You are registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, commercial organisation, or syndicate.
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of cs555, or a close family member of any such person.
  • You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on the cs555 platform or any affiliated platform.

cs555 reserves the right to verify compliance with these eligibility requirements at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal. Where a player is found to be ineligible, cs555 may close the account and withhold or return any funds in accordance with applicable policy.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the cs555 platform, you must create an account. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cs555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
  • Each player is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited. cs555 may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
  • You must notify cs555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting [email protected].

cs555 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification (KYC) on any account at any time. Players are required to cooperate with such requests in a timely manner. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

cs555 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. cs555 does not accept deposits or pay out withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged on BDT transactions processed through cs555.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. cs555 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account reviewed.
  • Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered player. cs555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
  • cs555 may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction. cs555 reserves the right to update these limits at any time.
  • Where a withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, the withdrawal may be delayed or restricted until the wagering requirement has been fully met. The status of any active wagering requirement is displayed in the player's account dashboard.

cs555 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions. In such cases, cs555 may request supporting documentation before processing the transaction. cs555 will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5Bonuses and Promotions

cs555 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all cs555 bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms and displayed in the account dashboard when a bonus is active.
  • Bonuses are credited in BDT and are valid for a specified time period only. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the bonus validity period will be forfeited automatically.
  • cs555 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where cs555 has reason to believe a player is abusing promotional offers.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or applied to another player's account.
  • Only one active welcome bonus is permitted per player. Players found to be creating multiple accounts to claim repeat welcome bonuses will have all duplicate accounts closed and all associated bonus balances forfeited.

cs555 is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise from bonuses or winnings received through the cs555 platform. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax obligations in their own jurisdiction.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cs555 platform are final once confirmed. cs555 will not refund or reverse a bet on the grounds that a player changed their mind after confirmation, except in circumstances where cs555 itself determines that a technical error has materially affected the outcome of a game or bet.

The following additional rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on cs555:

  • Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by live dealer processes. cs555 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.
  • Sports betting markets at cs555 are offered in good faith based on available information at the time of market publication. cs555 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where a manifest pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of an event is in question.
  • Any bet placed using funds that are later determined to have been deposited fraudulently, or winnings arising from fraudulent play, may be voided and the relevant funds removed from the player's account without notice.

7Responsible Gaming

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cs555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

  • Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, the submission of false identity documents, or any attempt to deceive cs555 in relation to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims.
  • Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, the use of automated scripts or bots to place bets, or any form of collusion intended to generate artificial wagering activity.
  • Money laundering or any attempt to use the cs555 platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the normal operation of the cs555 platform in any way.
  • Registering or using a cs555 account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to access the platform through your account.

cs555 employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, cs555 may act immediately and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the cs555 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of cs555 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any cs555 platform content without the express prior written permission of cs555. Unauthorized use of cs555 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10Limitation of Liability

cs555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cs555 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, cs555 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. cs555 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from platform unavailability or technical errors, except where such loss results directly from cs555's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cs555's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to their use of the cs555 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to cs555 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy

cs555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. cs555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. However, it is ultimately the player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
